REBATE OF RENT/ BRAOband monthly rent

Dear sir

I am consumer for BSNL BALOTRA MY Land line number is (02988) 223928 and i am having broad band plan 750/- per month rent unlimited use and due to some technical problem almost 7 to 10 days broad band is not working properly so i am losing the services but have to pay the rent fully

previus i have lodged a complaint to BSNL And local authoprity has assured me that your rent will be deducted in next bill but till today no rent amount has been deducted so please instruct to BSNL TO DO THE NEEDFUL

THE BSNL HELPLINE TOLL FREE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I AM FAILED TO LODGE COMPLaint and asssure me that in next bill you will find rebate, but no rebate has done pl help
