My name is Babban singh. My address is #39 Highland society baltana zirakpur. I want to complaint that there is extra charges of my phone bill which is charges by the BSNL every month.. I have also given request letters to them to wave these charges but no steps has been taken so far from febuary 2011.They told me that there is activation of game service in my plan but i never gave any such activation. so why should I pay more bill amount which is totally unneccessarily..?? The process already has taken so much time. so please take some action or give your opinion so that i can step forward regarding this matter.
