Unwanted subscription

Sir,

Be kind enough to get my unwanted Bollywood Diva subscription deactivated from my post paid bsnl mobile connection bearing A/c No.11034077 mobile no.9418067655. It is shear wastage of money, more over it gets renewed itself. Complaints have been got lodged with the customer care center but it is not being paid any heed. Necessary action may kindly be taken to get rid of this unwanted subscription.
