I had recharged a BSNL sms pack of Rs 20 on 13th june to my mobile 09431753822, which includes 2000 local sms but amount was deducted from my main account while sending sms on few network. Regarding this I complained with complain No-5688950 but no action has been taken any more.
Again I had recharged a sms pack of Rs 20 to my mobile 09431753822, which includes 2000 local sms but amount is deducted from my main account while sending sms on few network. Regarding this I tried to log complain to customer care the person at customer care was not agree to log the complain according to him no such recharge has been done although when I am enquiring my balance at *123#, local sms balance is showing. The male person at customer care on 3rd Sep at 5.30 pm was not agree to listen to my complain and not logged my complain. I am not mentioning the name of the person at customer care. One sms cost Rs 5 only this complain logged with No5984702.
