For Deactivation of Cricket Alert

I, H.Ninthoiba Singha having BSNL Cell No. 9401325797 want to deactivate the Cricket Alert which is unnecessary for me but activated by BSNL, I had sent many msgs to 56505 to deactivate the same service, but I have not recd any response till date as well as I have called to BSNL Customer Care No. 1503 frequently but not recd my call at all. So, please try to deactivate the same service at the earliest & confirm me by sms to the above given cell no.
