Disconnecting the landline numbe

I' Ahri Singh Sroa (hari), had submitted a application regarding disconnecting my Landline number (01821-250410) on 16/3 at Customer care centre, Nakodar (distt Jalandhar, PUNJAB)

And I have deposited the Landline phone set.

but they gave not taken any action yet.

as i have to leave this country permanently, i want to disconnect this number as early as possible.
