IMPROPER NOISE IN LANDLINE BSNL

Not giving proper service

sir we are using bsnl landline service and my number is 2634590.

Sir my number is having problem of noicy line and dead phe. I have done complaint frm last eleventh months but still the problem is nt solved. No öne is taking it seriously. Please help.
