I am A N. Tiwari, a sr. citizen of India of age 80 years. I have a complaint against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. My landline no. 05122642119 which is inoperative since 02.07.2011 and almost 15 complaints (written and verbal) have been lodged against this no. for the rectification of the defect but of no use. The problem was discussed with the concerned Officers, DGM & GM too but till now no initiative have been taken by them. I request you to please look into the matter and initiate my request to the concerned department as I am an old man and landline phone is an essential requirement during an emergency.
