Handset problem

I am facing problem of handset which i was purchased 5 months back, Classic 761, but now its screen is not working, when i taken this mobile to customer care for service, they said they will give one form, that i have to take to shop where i purchased, and they will replace it, but when did i do that, the shopkeeper said, its not possible they will send to replacement and untill it get i have to wait, and it will take 3 months, how is it possible to wait for me without that mobile please tell me the answers and the get me my corrected mobile
