Faulty Telephone line

My telephone no 02716-230391 is faulty. it works only 15 days in a month b. i used to complaint many times to BSNL Office Dehgam through Phone & face to face. but they sort out problem on temporily bais.. i dont think, they are serious in solving my problem. Please do the needful.
