Irregular Landline Bills

We the citizens of nallasopara are very discontented by the service provided by BSNL. The landline bills are not regular, that they are not sent to the consumers regularly due to which they are not able to pay the bills resulting in disconnection of the phone.

The BSNL authorities blame the Post Office for not posting the bills. Now this is definitely not the mistake of the customers. If they don't receive the bill how would they pay for it..??? Last week when i went to ask for duplicate bill the person said that the system is not generating the bill. So how to pay the bill..???

Really the customers are very much discontented by the worst service provided and need a change and a sigh of relief...
