NO ACTION AGAINST COMPLAIN

Dear sir

I Arun Puspalak s/o-Late Yudhisthira Puspalak, at-Padhansahi, Po-Madhab, Niali, Cuttack-754004, Customer ID-3000035222, Telephone Number-06758237003, I many times complaint to BSNL for my phone line do not work properly previous six months but no action has been taken till 8/12. After many times complain my problem doesn't solve, I complain to Charichhak telephone exchange by ph no-06758237498, complain to J.E by mobile no-09438732844, complain to S.D.O by ph no-06758250400 but the problem has not been solve. Again i send to complain by mail to (gmcfaor@bsnl.co.in), (pg_ors@bsnl.co.in), (cgmor@bsnl.co.in) on dt 06.12.2011 but this office/officer do not response my mail and do not solve my problem. so please kindly help me.
