My LL NO 2438614 with broadband facility, I do not get my bill on my bank ac even after several days. For last 2 weeks, I am trying to pay the bill online through BSNL online payment gateway. First it was not accepting my details and now, I can view my bill but when try to clik PAY ONLINE, I can not pay because I do not get any gate way of any bank.
The authorities who should check the website, whether it is properly working or not, whether it is user friendly, do not BOTHER about it.
May be, the officers are computer illiterate.
