Dear Sir,
This is with reference to pre paid phone number 9477942318 disconnect, belongs to west Bengal circle which is used by my
Brother Mr Manish Singh.shivdanga colliery, post-ningha, asansol, 713370
Yesterday i have recharge Rs 500/-(26th dec Recharge amount-500.00 & 27th Dec topup amount-20.00) but today nuber disconnect.
The number is unnecessarily disconnect towards no genuine reason. and also after several discussion with bsnl customer care and it was not activate.
Requesting you to kindly intervene and restart my number.
