Egarding conversion of my landline to WLL connection

Dear sir,

My telephone number is 0612-2687221 becomes out of order once or twice in a month in a routine way without fail. This trouble is prevailing since last 2 years. In these days my telephone number is out of order since 15 days.

It is not possible for me to go Rajendra nagar telephone exchange once or twice in a month to book a complaint.

May, I request you kindly look into my problem sympathetically and kindly got the landline connection converted into WLL connection.

If it is not possible then get my telephone disconnected and intimate me immeadiately so that i may think for another option.

My telephone bill is being regularly paid in due time.
