Receiving UCCs despite registration of DND

My cell number is 9437327913

I have registered my number with the national do not disturb registry since last 3 months which is showing their website.

Still I am receiving UCCs (SMS) regularly from different numbers. I have also lodged several complain to their customer care executive, but no result.
