Migration of Plan

Instead of asking or taking permission Airtel changed my landlines-internet plan from Rs.550=00 (300 250) to suddenly Rs.699=00 and that was done in month of June (27th June). No.of reminder has been sent but instead of answering that why they change plan without permission they answered that plan has been discontinued. If plan has been discontinued then they have to ask me before changing plan. I can select plan of my choice. They don't bother to give answer. And why should I pay more because of their mistake and for plan of their choice.
