GPRS plan is not activated

GPRS is not activated after recharge of Rs 98 in Airtel. I have recharge on 21st March. Problem of subscribe packet data first is still continuing on my mobile. I have complaint about this to Airtel Customer Care Executives but they r not solving my problem. I complaining to them continuously from 23rd March. I have received limit of 2GB and settings but GPRS service is not activated by Airtel as told by two customer care executives of Airtel. U r requested to please solve my problem so that I can perform my important task using internet. My Airtel No. is 09680500337. On this no. I have problem.
