AIRTEL INTERNET SPEED LOW.FIELD EXECUTIVES LETHARGIC

I have raised a complaint on the slow connection of my internet due to which my personal work is hindering.

The connection speed should ideally be 1 mbps at night ans 512 kbps at morning.

But there is a fluctuation in the speed at night times only and I had asked the air tel people to come at night and check my connectivity.

No one has turned up at night to check the details.

The customer care is saying that they cannot do anything on this part.
