Start valu added service

Dear Sir,

This happened to me third time that a value added service is started on my number, this number is used by my Maa, and she dont know how to start or stop any service, and every time i was assured by airtel executive that this will not happen again, but it happen everytime, and today i was not at all satisfied by the way they talk, it was full of arrogance, and even they said if it ll happen again you will be responsible for that. It was really very disturbing, i will like to launch complain more for mental harassment rather then finacial harassment.
