Excess charge applied

Sir/madam,

i am airtel postpaid no. 9557735535 which i have activated in june under 998plan

in which no monthly rental applied and for this i have paid rs 998 one time yearly payment. but in december bill this rs 998 again charged 10.3% ser. tax on rs 998 total rs 1100 extra charged and against this i have complaint continously but airtel ignored it.

please help me to get back my rs 1100 from airtel
