Inefficient in resolving complaint

I recharged my mobile (9831765088) with Rs 80 on 11th Feb at 10:24am but the scheme of SMS facility had not responded on my cell. On making regular complaints almost everyday I was refunded with the amount on 22nd Feb at 06:45pm, ie, a delay of almost 12 days.

On demand of compensation for harassment and delay they denaied it.
