SMS not working

Dear Sir,

My name is Haolun Hangsing from Meghalaya, and I am suscriber of Airtel pre-paid connection with mobile no. 9612400884. My SMS has been deactivated by the company without any notice since 27th February. Whenever, i try to send SMS, I am charged Rs.1 but the SMS is never send/recieved by others. I have contacted the customer care and they assured me a solution but the problem is still not resolved and now, they have stop even responding to my call. So i am writing here to please respond to my my call and resolve my problem at the earliest.
