Bharti Airtel
Not yet refunded my MONEY

I applied for a Broadbaand Connection from Airtel on 21-Feb but unfortunately they could not provide us the connection due to some technical issues and these people agreed to refund the installation charges i.e. Rs.1000/- within a weeks time and now it has been more than a months time I have not yet recieved the amount. When I tried contacting the Airtel people there was not even a single person who actually wanted to take the ownership of my issue. I spoke to people like Arun, Hemanth, Gopal etc.. All these people only promised to refund but no one has yet refunded...

So I kindly request you to take a suitable action against this company. I strongly believe CONSUMER FORUM will definitely help me...
