Improper balance deduction

Sir,

My mobile number is 9963024420.

On 8th of April i had recharged my phone with RC21 which gives me the benefit of calling at night at the rate of 1 rupee for 20 minutes.

But when i called at night on 12th of April, i was charged at 1p/sec. I lodged a complaint with customer care and they refunded my amount.

Again on 15th of April, instead of charging 1rupee/20 minutes, they charged at 1p/sec. I spoke for about 9944 seconds and instead of deducting 10 rupees they deducted 99 odd rupees. On contacting the customer care they said they would refund my amount within one hour but i have not yet received anything (complaint number : 41500664900). i then visited the help center at begumpet, the concerned person noted my complaint and said they would get back to me -but as expected, no avail! I want my balance back and want AIRTEL to rectify their mistake of not updating the recharge in their applications. I cannot lodge a complaint for refund everytime i make a call at night and AIRTEL charges me at 1p/sec. Quick action would be appreciated.
