Inactive Sim Card 8146896288

The subject mobile number was bought on 31st March '2010 in the name of TARUNA BHAN. Last week this number got disconnected with the remarks INACTIVE SIM . We checked with 121 who confirmed that the documents from the 3B 2 Airtel office... Mohali did not reach them and hence they disconnected the sim. On putting up the complaint with the Phase 3B 2 distributor... the office we bought this sim card the concerned person says that the sim card is inactive since there has been negative verification.

But the fact is that we did not receive any call from Airtel office for verification.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue without any further delays.
