Ill payment issue

Dear sir,
I have using airtel services from last 4 year first I was having prepaid connection. Latter airtel telemarketers rigorously followed me for postpaid connection which they filled a form without my knowledge. I have given complaint to airtel that time even they didn’t gave me new sim for 15 days (complaint was lodged no action taken).
Latter there services issues are remained same they were charged me extra which they given extra talk time after a complaint with core center (26/04 12:36:16 complaint id-21247249 (core.nic.in))
My current complaint is—1.they still charged me wrongly and extra
2.my data was provided to third party companies for tale calling even after registration in DND (no.-)
3. currently I have a pending bill of Rs 4450 for which they stopped my services I am ready pay the appropriate bill but they are charging even services are stopped
4. i am getting threatening call from there recovery tale callers there language is very harsh and threatening (ph no.02264539404)
5. I have given time to time complaints regarding there network services which they was promising me was not solved. I had given 5 to 6 complaints for the same
Consequences:
1. I had got a mental stress and harassment by there threatening calls,
2. I had suffered from mental harassment due to third party recovery call and tale marketing.
3. I got financial loss due to there wrongly bill charging even after lots of complaints.
4. Brake of trust.
