NON INSTALLATION OF BROADBAND

I have applied for a broadband connection on 09-07 in the morning and made payment also. I was promised by the company executive Mr Naveen Tiwari that the installation will be done on the same day, but could not. When I contact him in this regard he keep on promising every time that it would be done in an hour or some other. Finally on saturday evening he again promised to install in the Sunday morning but did not and not even picking up his mobile phone. This is an act of cheating with the customer which company and its executive are doing.
