I am Sudip Saha. I am not going to expose my contact number here due to lack of privacy. If the representatives of Bharti Airtel want my number then kindly send me an email to sudip.digimania@gmail.com.
198 is a toll free customer care helpline. Now I don't understand from where is this barring business coming from. I am giving Airtel exactly 72 hours to unbar 198.
You people request your customers not to call that number more than thrice a day but if for small issues also if any call is transferred to the supervisor and then that call remains unattended then why should the customers suffer for that. Why should we be the victims of your policies? These are not fair policies. Customer Care numbers should be open 24x7.
Today I contacted 121 for a query there also I found that my call was transferred to his supervisor and he assured me that it will reach his desk but I found that the line was disconnected before it reached his deck.
So I am asking are you people playing pranks with your customers. And MNP is round the corner and I don't want to be a part of that company who doesn't value their customers. I am giving you exactly 72 hours to resolve these issues else I am sorry.
