Balance deduction from phone

Dear sir,

I am amit Kumar, having Airtel prepaid connection, in this company many time deduct money from balance of prepaid account, in this regard i request to customer care, the concern customer service representative deactivate the service but it again automatically happen and he say it is activated by my voice, today 22/12 again it happened and file a complaint through customer service representative that reference no is CCKWC31222324191.but it repeat again then? if they activate again & deduct amount then? this time they deduct Rs. 5 . now what is solution . i need my money back.airtel no is9729812936.
