Giving service without permission

Sir/Mam,

I am old customer of your AIRTEL Company. I have been facing the problem of giving me Un necessary DIALLER TONE service without asking me for this. I have to pay 30 Rs a month for this Un necessary service. I have tried to talk customer many a times. But I cannot get any contact. So for the sack of my compelled ness I am writing this letter.

It’s my sincere request to you that kindly withdraw your Dialer Tone service from my number 9810668912 urgently. Don’t give me any such service without asking me. And return my deductible money back because you give me this service without my permission.
