SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED

This is Indranil Sarkar. My Airtel Prepaid Mobile no. is 9831574770.My service provider sent me some messages to submit my id proof. I have done that twice. But suddenly my sim card registration is faild. When I have contacted to the Airtel outlet they have informed me that the no is deleted and it is not possibe to restore the no.

I am using this no.till 6 years and it is a life time sim. I am in a big trouble and cannot understand what to do. If airtel like company's service is that so I think at first they should stop talking about customer relationship.
