Missed cal from Pakinstan saying Airtel Representative

Hi,

I got missed call from 923476179239. When I called back to same number. The person on other side told that he is speaking from airtel and I have won lottery of Rs.80, 000. He asked me that I'll get sum from Punjab National Bank. He asked me to note lottery number. I asked him to call me instead. He said that I had called him and asked to note down number. I again asked him to call him as I don't have enough balance. Then I could not talk to him. May be this would be due to the network problem I'm facing from airtel from a long time or person other side disconnected.

So please take note of such calls and do proper inquiry for the same.

Also, Please try to resolve issue of network which I'm facing from a long time and for which I've already registered complaint many times.
