Hello Tunes

I have bought a new prepaid connection on 03-02-11. Its mobile no. is 9958964309. I was welcomed by airtel with a free subscription for hello tune for 1 month but when I called the no. 543211 for hello tune my balance was deducted from Rs 83 to Rs 71 for calling but I didn't got any hello tune on my number. I called the customer care many times and for that also 50 paise was being deducted for every 3 minutes and the answer was that 'there is a technical problem please call after 4 hrs'. Now my balance is Rs 63.88p and still there is no hello tune. When I call 543211808, I get the status as more than 30 days is remaining for my hello tune service. Please set my hello tune to "ainvayi ainvayi lut gaya" of Band Baaja Baarat for 1 month free of cost because I am a new customer.
