Non connnectivity

I have ported my number from reliance to airtel. its been 20 days and the connectivity of my cell phone is so bad that i cannot even talk to the "customer care". i have complained to the customer care 4 times, through the reatiler and other people having the airtel connection, but nothing has been done in this context.

airtel has clearly displayed that they do not care about their customers.
