Charges without Availing of any service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ritesh Ghaghada from Mira-Road, would like to bring to your notice that I am using AIRTEL service on my Cell Phone (91 9967445957) since last 2 to 3 years. Since last 8 months

AIRTEL has started charging money to me for various services, saying that I have subscribed for the same, but I never subscribe any service on my cell phone. Without my knowledge AIRTEL charges money by sending message on my cell phone. I have contacted their customer care whenever the money is charged to me. On contacting they say that you wont be charged now but after one month or so they again charge me for other services which I never subscribe. I am kind of person who never subscribe for any service on cell phone.

One more thing I would like to tell you that most of the times when I recharge my cell phone say with Rs.60/- on immediately second day of recharge I get the message from AIRTEL that I have charged for so and so rupees for subscribing the service, which I never do on my cell phone.

This time I received a message on cell phone on 15th February at around 09:15pm

saying that "Thanks for using TIPSBYYUVRAAJ SINGH subscription service from Airtel.

You have been charged Rs.10." This time I have not contacted their customer service because I know that they will charge me again without my notice after sometime.

So I am bringing this matter to your kind attention that please do something for people like me. The AIRTEL is charging Rs.10/- This is small amount I know but whatever the company charges should have some logic behind that. If AIRTEL do charge Rs.10/- to for example to 100 customers then it would earn Rs.1, 000/- without rendering any service. For AIRTEL Rs.10/- is a small amount but for people like us its big amount because its hard earned money.

So I request you to please look into the matter, because evenif its a small amount it pains me and perhaps to thousands of people.
