VAS Deactivation: Thought of the day

Hi

I am a subsciber of airtel prepaid. For past 3 months Rs 30 Per month are deducted from my Airtel Prepaid No. 9818051244. I have never asked for this service. I have already registered a complaint at the Airtel Call Centre and I ws assured that within 48 hours this service will be stopped but nothing has happened till now. IF Airte can not take any action on it immediately I am happy to move to Vodafone and will also ensure that all the mobile connections that my Family Members are moved to Vodafone at the earliest. I feel cheated and helpless. Solve my problem PLEASE... MY mobile NO IS 9818051244.. plz any one help me
