Unnecessary balance deduction

I am using an Airtel no.9790250155. On 11th March I received a msg from airtel service providers regarding a frenzo chat application being renewed on my no. and for that Rs.20 would be charged. I called the customer care and asked them to deactivate the service to which they gave me positive response saying that the service wont be renewed. But after two days ie on 13th March the service was activated and Rs.20 was deducted from my balance. I again complained about it in the customer care and they promised to solve the issue within 24 hrs and refund back the deducted amount. But till today ie even after 4 days the balance was not refunded. So i again called the Cc and asked them to forward my complaint to the Supervisor of Chennai Circle. To my surprise he was very Rude and spoke to me in a crude manner. He said that only the service would be deactivated and no money will be refunded. On further argument he even went to the extent of warning me and told me that even rest of my balance could be deducted.
So i hereby demand that proper action should be taken against them.
