Misbehaviour by employees

I had a mobile post paid number from Airtel. There was a delay of just one month as I was transferred from Gujarat to Mumbai I could not pay the bill. However Airtel did not call me or even send me a mail but today they have started calling all my freinds and relatives for some legal action. One Miss Neha Malhotra cell no 9717455647 is doing this from Airtel and when I enquired with Airtel they did not give the details of the employee. They should have atleast called me once as the amount involved was negligible and had I refused to pay then they could initiated any legal aption. Spoiling anybodys reputation like that is not ethical and illegal. Therefore you are requested to take corrective steps to check such misbehaivours.
