Balance Deduction for VAS

I am using Airtel's Prepaid number since 6 years (9829587210). Since 9 months i am facing numerous problems on my number. i took this number of mine on international Roaming since 03 june until 31 jan. On that time i never received any international call on this number but from Airtel there were 4 services stared on my this number i.e. Bollyspice, Friend's chat, News service and one other and all my balace of approximate Rs 850 deducted from my account and finally when i came india my balance was zero.

And now when i am in india Airtel statred World cup pack on my this number and i lodged complaint to stop this pack then airtel representative advised me the complaint reference number and told me that a call was given to me from Airtel office but there was no call and the service continued for next 10 days and a balance of Rs. 50 deducted from my account on daily basis.

Finally again i lodged complaint and then this world cup pack was stopped by Airtel call centre representative. i also contacted your NODAL officers but they were busy two times, now again i am on Romaing i want Airtel to give a fair reason for this deduction to me and return my wrongly deducted amount. call me on my local number i.e. 09465555584. Otherwise i have to move to Consumer court for this as i really fed up by using this number.

And for this i wrote numerous mails to Bharti Airtel but they just Acknowledge me that " We received your mail and we will get back to you in next three working days" but then they never reply to me. i want all consumer read this and don't adopt Airtel in future.
