I got airtel lanline broadband connection 3 months back. it was goin all well till 20 th may when it suddenly stopped working. i called the customer care to look up into the matter. they responded that our engineer will come and fix it tommorow . an engineer came after 2 days, he checked that fault is in the line (DSL), so he said that DSL enginner will come and fix it. He gave me a no. of DSL enginner. i called him, he said he will come or sen some one to fix it, but no one came till date, so i got no service. finally i decided to get my connection cancelled. i called for it on customer care. they put me on hold for several minutes, so that they can transfer call to cancellation department. but no one responded. i called again the next day, even then their response was vague.
They are charging me for the period during which i did not even have the service. so i complaint against it.
