Mobile portability

I have a mobile no of vodafone and i would port it to airtel, i had apply for port my number on 29-May, then on 02-Jun at night 10:45 my voda no is out of order and airtel number does not start. Still my airtel number does not exist. Airtel customer care also not give any response.. Please take it serious because my number is very important for me. The mobile number is 9897497958.
