Illegal balance cut

I have prepaid connection with 9557304475 No. But you cut my balance with-out any outgoing call or use of any service

I had recharged my account on 23/03 with Rs1500. till now there is zero Balance on 15/05. ihave made only two incoming calls from dubai airport. them i switched off my mobile.

i want to know from airtel where my rs. 1500 used.

i tried to contact customer care of airtel but they where unable to extract the information

.the zonal officer at dehradun also suggested about eprebill but the bill does not show complete information.

kindly help my money back from airtel
