Do Not Disturb on my Mobile

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is 9860615443. Long back I requested for Do Not Disturb facility, but still I am receiving nonsense messages and calls for no reason. And occasionally this company charge for which I haven't subscribed for. If I already have "Do Not Disturb" then why the hell I am receiving bloody messages and calls again and again? Do I have to file a legal complaint against Airtel?
