Deduction of Rs11

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been using airtel from last 3 years, but now almost every week I found without doing anything LKD alert and jokes has been activated, when I called customer care they didi not reply. Two days before from my account Rs-11 had been deducted for that, So I request you to return the Rs-11, and do not do it again, otherwise I have to apply for mobile portability..
