Deduction of balance and non responding customer care

I am using prepaid mobile no 8971897568. of airtel services. Since two weeks I am getting unsolicited messages claiming to be bollyspice news and an amount of 1 re is deducted from my account every day. I have never subscribed to such service. The nuisance is continuing even after I have sent messages through the customer care services. No executive is vailable online for clarifications. My repeated mails have not evoked any response. I demand immediate stoppage of the nuisance and reversal of the amount deducted.
