Fooling customers

I own a airtel prepaid sim card. Yesterday i.e on 7.7.11, my balance was deducted by 10Rs saying that I had activated some astrology pack whereas i had not activated any pack. When I called customer care, i was said that I had only activated it. Later they disconnected my call without noting down my complaint.

It would be fair if strict action is taken against such frauds.
