Value Added Service are activated without information

Dear Sir/Madam

I hereby wish to inform you that I am a cutomer of Bharti Airtel since 2005.After long time i am facing problem regarding value added service activated by default means without sending message the service is activated. I compalint many times to Airtel they always said you will not get any problem in future and we will revert your money at your account. Still my mobile number 9818070109 is activated which is properties service and they will deducted daily 1 rupees I haven't time to check regular basic to account balance.

I am requestion to take action regarding Value added service activated by default with Airtel and return my amount which is already deducted from my acoount since june month to till date.
