Bharti airtel complaint-std facility not activated in 4 months

This is Jai Goel and I am using a land line connection of Bharti Airtel (account number 13252071) and land line no - 011-45531305.

I have been facing the problem of STD activation from last 4 months and still my STD is not activated. Few of my complaint numbers are listed for STD activation 2569140, 3586814, 3631070, 13432554, 48714730. Every time they make promise to solve the complaint nut NO action has been taken.

I have also written a mail to the Nodal office but except the constant replies to my email NO ACTION has been taken from your side and still I am facing the same problem.

After continuous tries with Bharti Airtel, I thought to write here so that a proper action can be taken and the other customers doesn't suffer like me.
