Depletion of Balance-No Proper response

I have registered a complaint with customer complaints reg My balance depletion.

I have subscribed 50 Mb inter net pack. I have stopped using it when data balance was 1MB

But my main balance was deducted by Rs300/.Inspite of several complaint, I could not get refund

one person called me.when I explained the problem.he told all data has been erased.

I asked him when I registered complaint and still pending, why data was not saved

he told he will check and come back. Nobody turned up
